This and this. I lean towards yes as well. We have done some very wicked things to our own citizens, allowing Pearl Harbor and 9/11 its not much of a leap. Plus there were several several people in govt who were just itching to put their virus research to the real test.
But the aforementioned folks didnt act alone by any means, several layers above them ordered this.
Can you imagine the liability to the US if the truth comes out, all of it?

I've always thought it was intentional coordination between DEMs and CCP.
It is their only way to avoid a massive GOP sweep in 2020.
I do not believe this level of 'coincidence'
