That's an easy fix.
The white businesses that are bidding for contracts just need to identify as being black...

At Hartsfield it’s either the black former mayors or one of their family members (it was even an ex-spouse once).

I’ve got a friend Antonio in Syracuse and Mario in Jersey that would like to chat with you. Also have connections in Milwaukee interested….keep telling yourself they are all but gone.
Still family bosses running businesses. Mario had a couch in an adult establishment where he interviewed strippers not more than five years ago. They covered his retirement in Florida.
