McKenzie's bakery fried chicken is top of my list. Get yourself a decent location with a drive through and make sure you hire Chick-Fil-A type employees and NOT Popeyes type employees sit back and enjoy your new fried chicken financed yacht.

In theory yes. But it amazes me how younger people only eat white meat tenders and not bone in chicken. Thus the success of shitty arse Cane's.

Chicken breast is literally the worst piece of the chicken - dryest. Give me popeyes wings and thighs all day over a breast.

But yeah. McKenzie's chicken was awesome.

A properly fried bone-in chicken breast is the GOAT chicken

But most places over-fry it.
