Do you really think that they want to move to the top of the draft? Or are they just attempting to gauge value for BI? I doubt seriously that the Pels actually move into the top of the draft.

This doesn't make sense.

If we're trying to get into the top 3, that signifies taking a slower approach and potential step back before getting good.

It's the opposite of what they'd do if in panic mode, which would be to get an older and overpaid player.
