The fact of the matter is it is morbidly fascinating. When I learned about this stuff as a kid I was so thoroughly interested I wanted to read/watch as much as I could about it because the ghastly scale was so incredible. So most of these logistical questions are important to a lot of people who want to understand the mechanics for how such an event was possible.

The truth is, the winners write the history. Had Germany won, I'm sure the number would be smaller.

Based on what? Crematorium capacity? Evidence of large numbers of Jews who disappeared from Europe and didn't turn up somewhere else?
So, you concede the Nazis could have killed up to 4 million Jews, but no more?

How did they cremate 340 corpses per day in just those 3 ovens. (The number matches with your link but mine has an oven amount)
5 bodies at a time for 1 hour with the ovens running 24/7 would be about that number... unsure about that.

The census data shows about ~9.5 million to post war ~3.5 million.
It's estimated that the total for european civilian deaths during WW2 was 15 million to 20 million. Add to that events like the holodomor, Stalin targeting jews (look up the "Rootless cosmopolitan" post ww2 campaign if you don't believe me), Stalin purged jews from government positions, exiled a large population of Jews to gulags.
Exile of Jews in the Soviet interior during World War II
This link has between 150,000 and 300,000 jews that fled Poland into the Soviet Union. We don't know if the Soviets counted all of these migrants in during a census. There were many other migratory events from Jewish minorities out of various European nations. All of this, and more, goes into that 6 million disappeared number. We just don't know and likely never will.

The complicating factor is that these were pre-war, "civilian" designs for ordinary cremation needs. It was against German law to cremate more than 1 body at a time and illegal to mix ashes of 2 or more remains. Therefore, a high-capacity incinerator would have had no legal applications before the Holocaust.
Flash forward to "The Final Solution" and the SS. Once they figured out how to kill on a large scale, the bigger problem became body disposal. Enter the Topf company with is many innovations, not the least of which was the multi-muffle incincerator - 1 heat source with up to 8 "muffles" (compartments for remains) and this allowed for industrial grade throughput at the larger facilities.

I saw a great video about the holocaust that proved the math doesnt math.
I really wish i could find it. The guy went through all the source material, Nuremburg trials, "survivors" testimony, blue prints, Nazi shipment logs etc. and not a damn thing jived with the 'official" narrative.
I think it was originally posted here, i will keep looking.
There was also a few Instagram post I've seen recently that talked about how Holocaust is big money and people/foundations are still getting paid today, and another about how many fake holocaust stories have come to light, one was on Oprah.
