Tree removal cost?

I've got five big arse loblolly pines around my house in Mandeville that I'm going to get removed. Getting quotes now. First one I've gotten is today. He quoted me $7500 to cut down and haul off all five and remove the stump on one of them. Three are pretty easy access, two are back between my house and the neighbor. I don't know how to estimate the height, but they're all five about probably ten or twenty feet within range of all the tallest pines around here. What do y'all think

I am in Colorado, but that is in line with the cost a friend paid to have one really big pine tree removed and hauled away.
$1600 for the one. He got multiple quotes and there were cheaper, but they had poor reviews.

In a situation like that, $1200/tree in central MS. The more trees the lower the price. Go ahead and grind all the stumps. Prices are negotiable. Right now, tree services are busy as heck.

I wish the state would do grants for tree removal. People neglect cutting them down due to the cost and they are what create a lot of the damage in storms

That sounds right. I was quoted $12,000 to remove 4 that weren't quite as easy access as yours. Mandeville as well

Had a pretty large dead pine tree (close to house and requiring crane) taken down in the Mandeville area back in February and the cost was $2,400.
Got 3 quotes ranging from $2,200 to $2,400. Went with the $2,400 since I had used guy in past and trusted him.
Cost included tree removal, hauling away of debris, and stump grinding.
