Again. What power does that judge have? Is some random judge in Hawaii going to send the Sheriff to come arrest the president?

The response should be, "thanks Judge, that's a cute ruling, but I think I am going to move forward with my plan, feel free to stop me"

It's Mainly a pipe dream. Most of them have refugee status, would take years.

And yet, every time judge in Zebulon, GA mumbles “sorry, can’t do that”, the that to which he is referring stops if the that is a conservative-leaning measure, followed closely by every member of the Republican Party calling a presser and announcing that “the judge has spoken”.

So, there’s that. But I like your dream anyway.

The power that the executive branch gives him. Until we get another Andrew Jackson who tells the court to GTFO, they'll continue to create law as they see fit.
