If you pass through Roberstdale, try Farm Fresh Meats. Everything from there is excellent. I haven't been there in a while, but they did have dry aged the last time I was there.

So, you're saying you don't like dining at top notch steak houses because if they're worth their salt, all their steaks are prime cuts that are dry aged.
Oh, and the Rouses near me also has a dry age appliance set up right by their butcher department and you can see the whole ribeyes and N.Y. Strip steaks hanging as they age.
Never have checked out the price on them though.

Doris is the one I think of that has a dry aging program around here and I am not a fan. I hope that is OK.

I second this. They make all the sausage for the German Sausage festival in Elberta.
