I own a Honda, me either, but all manufacturers have issues. Oil consumption and A/C issues are pretty common of recent for Honda. Some are worse like Nissan transmissions. Just saying it’s unlikely to have 300k “trouble free miles” on any car

Many cars will give 200,000-300,000 miles, with normal maintenance. Toyota and Honda are two of the most common. My friend had a Volvo, burning oil, what a POS. The dealership said this was normal. A friend bought an Audi the same time I bought a Tacoma truck, in 2019. The Tacoma is worth more. Some things last longer, have a better resale value. I've had 4 Toyota's as of late, $500 had been the biggest expense for A/C compressor. All other, regular maintenance.

Best I had was a 2007 Toyota Matrix. Got great gas mileage. Only issue other than regular maintenance items it had was alternator, I changed it myself and it was easy to get to. It did have minor very common things (wheel covers always come off) but it was a great car. About 250k on it when I got rid of it.
Worst I ever owned was Ford Edge. Infotainment system, turbo both replaced within 40k miles. Was exhibiting symptoms of coolant bypass into cylinders that is known issue with some years. So I traded it before it needed a new engine.
