I still believe many are too lazy to do that.

Mail ballot to address, knowing when it will be delivered.

Send a small team to collect those ballots once they're in mail boxes, delivered.

Bring those ballots to an individual or small team who then fills them out based on the mailing information and the votes being cast toward the "preferred" candidate.

Keep these illegal ballots on standby until which time comes that they are required to achieve the goal of ensuring the "preferred" candidate has more votes than the other guy.

Profit and "win".

...

They have been exposed and caught doing all of the above. They got away with it. And it doesn't take a bunch of lazy people to do it. All it takes is a skeleton crew of well paid activists with motivation, and you steal an entire swing county that flips an entire state.

Meanwhile, the GOPe does absolutely nothing proactive to prevent future fraud, choosing instead to now pretend to be fixing the loopholes that resulted in the 2020 fraud and in no way paying attention to fact that the Establishment Dims have already modified their strategy to fit how they're going to steal 2024.

They are.

That’s why the Democrats and their NGOs, funded with your tax dollars, get their names and fill out the ballots for them and send them in with a forged or even no signature.

Cool, huh?
