Never said it was. I feel the same about the lottery but am ambivalent to its existence. A fool and their money were lucky enough to find each other in the first place.
BUT in the case of places like the Treasure Chest that bus in seniors it is a bit sleazy.

Agreed. But it is immoral that the government rakes in boatloads of money off of degenerates ruining their lives.
