I thought this was interesting. I would have thought USC would have more than they do, and Michigan less than they do. LSU is certainly well-represented.

Mia (fla) - 43
Michigan - 40
LSU - 34
Ohio State - 34
Tenn -33
Fla State - 33
U of Florida -32
Texas - 31
Ga - 30
USC - 29

LSU is consistenly at the top of these lists. Go find the number of Louisiana players in the NFL. Its insane. La. and Miss. most NFL players per capita by far.

It should actually read:

Miami 43
Michigan 40
Ohio St 34
LSU 34
Tenn 33
Fla St 33
UF 32
Texas 31
UGA 30
USC 29

Until Ohio State beats LSU or any other SEC in a bowl game it should read:
Mia (fla) - 43
Michigan - 40
LSU - 34
Ohio State - 34
Tenn -33
Fla State - 33
U of Florida -32
Texas - 31
Ga - 30
USC - 29

34 for LSU and 43 for Miami...hmmmm...If we got these Louisiana players, LSU would be #1:

Ed Reed-Miami
Reggie Wayne-Miami
Brock Berlin-Miami
Peyton-Tennessee
Eli-Ole Miss
Dunn-FSU
Brandon Jacobs-Auburn/SIU
Stefan Lefors-Louisville
Chris Williams-Vanderbilt
Marty Booker-NLU
Chris Harris-ULM
Kevin Payne-ULM
Charles Tillman-ULL

That's just off the top of my head, I'm sure I missed some.

Really not surprising because all of Grambling's HOF players played prior to the integration of the SEC football programs.

USC has 11.

LSU's are Tittle, Taylor and Van Buren, in case anybody was wondering.

i am probably totally wrong, but i like my closeminded comments on how bad USC is... I am just going to assume they can play in the NFL because they have to spend 4 years beating up stanford before they play a real team.
