yea its true. just tell your fans when they go to opposing ballparks to reach over the wall if the opponent hits a hr where you can reach it

I've never understood that rule either.

It's not like Trav conspired with the fan to interfere on the play! It's almost as dumb as the dropped third strike rule. Why don't we just come together and demand they fix the idiocy in our game?

just has to be above the playing field, not lower than top of fence.
