In a ditch that doesnt hold water. Gets little sunlight. About 6” in diameter.

Probably need a side view to correctly identify. Need to see the stem and under the cap.

I once watched a box turtle eat some small mushrooms in my yard. Since they were a tall variety he would push them over and eat them off the grass.

After all that he stood in the middle of the yard and stared at the Sun for like 4 hours. Don't know what that was about.

The Seek App works well and is free for flora and fauna. But, you'll need more angles to ID that one

I took mycology twice in school. Once I made an A, the 2nd time I dropped the course. Looks like an Amanita, but I'm not sure which one. Leave it alone.
