This is a case where I see both sides lose.
BR loses a major tax base, which could be the final nail in the coffin as it heads to Jackson, MS status.
The folks I’ve spoken with who led the St. George initiative are naive clowns who have no idea what they are getting into.

They still have no viable plan for the city?
What a shock. I guess that’s what happens when you intend to run a potential city of 86,000 as if it would be a city of 16,000.
