Heck of an investment for something used for only 6 months but I hear it’s a game changer. Any parents with experience? Is it something I can get a used one?

Can you put a price on a peaceful night of sleep and/or getting some action from the ol' lady?

My main concern is don’t babies cry cuz hungry? Snoo wouldn’t solve that?

I’ve used them on all 3 of my lil baws.
First one loved it and slept through the night with it about 6 weeks after birth.
Other two seem to like it but not as big of a hit with them.
Btw you’re threads suck arse

Will this be your first baby? Your last?
If the baby is hungry, he/she will keep crying no matter what
Will your wife be breastfeeding? If so, she’ll be up every two hours at first anyway.

First maybe last depending on how tough this is.

Everything seems tough for you, though.

There are places that rent them. Use it and see how f it works. If not, return it.
My sister was generous to give us one and we liked it but I hear mixed opinions from others. All babies are different.

Bro kids seem super hard. Went to a child safety class last night and they said kids can just straight up die for no reason (SIDS) and that stuff stressed me out all morning

So even if the snoo works, you’ll be up checking on the baby anyway

I guess so, now that reality is coming I’m getting seriously worried

Do not waste your money, unless you have the money to waste.

We have one. Used them for our first two and are not currently using it for our third who is 6 weeks old.
It’s fine but I don’t think it’s a game changer like some people do.

Snoo came out after my first was born, so we did not use it for her. However, I cannot recommend enough that you read and apply "Happiest Baby on the Block." Its basically a soothing technique.
The author subsequently developed the Snoo to apply the technique articulated in the book. It worked for both my kids without having to get the Snoo.

I’ve heard you can rent them through the company and they’re very flexible with dates etc.
We didn’t use it, but I have heard good things.

To be honest if it keeps baby from being angry 24/7 I’d gladly pay the money

Waste of money IMO. The new baby should only be in a bassinet in your bedroom for like 6-8 weeks. After that, move the thing to its nursery / crib and use baby monitor.
