Yeah. Our gov sending billions to foreign countries and housing and supporting illegals vs investing in American communities. The House just approved billions more to Ukraine. Even in the crap cities, maybe investing in community centers, skate board parks, and other recreational things for kids and teens to do might help some. Some. Trash will be trash, but it could help some. And other stuff like someone already suggested.

Holy shite. I think you've solved it. If we throw MORE money at it (on top of the billions we've already spent) then all the injustices will be solved and all will be good. Right? RIGHT???

A strong argument could be made that federal government dollars buying votes for more than 50 years created the problem.
