He wants a pardon should Trump win the Presidency again.

How is this a felony?

LITERALLLY explained, step by step, in the post you replied to

quote:

The trial is trying to piece together the most logical explanation of how and why, based on evidence to be introduced at trial.

Ultimately this trial boils down to 2 possibilities.

1. Cohen committed fraud and stole the money from Trump' company (and didn't keep the stolen money and paid Stormy/CPL for...reasons)

2. Cohen facilitated and obfuscated payments to Stormy/CPL from a company Trump owned.

If 1 is shown to be more likely, the case is over, even though it could still technically violate the law.

If 2 is shown to be more likely, THEN the jury has to compare that behavior within the wacky NY business records law

If the jury then finds this behavior violated the law, THEN they have to consider the implications on the campaign (or else it's s prescribed misdemeanor charge)

Avenatti, Daniels, and Cohen all testifying that Stormy Daniels had an affair with Cohen not Trump and they tried to extort Trump by planting the story is going to add fuel to the fire there is no question about it.

The trial isn't just about Stormy, though. That's the problem with this theory.

So Coehn banged Stormy AND Karen McDougal (who wasn't represented by CPL)? And Cohen defrauded Trump only to....pay Stormy and McDougal?

Doesn't make any sense

That’s what I thought. They are basically trying a novel approach and making it up as they go, hoping since they have a sympathetic jury, they can make anything stick, no matter how convoluted.

Too bad after over 400,000 posts you are still batting .000.

So, then why do you continue to post here?

You showed up at all the early TD meet ups to let everyone know that you were the “best” poster around. When people didn’t give a shite, you got mad.
Is this true?

OMG, that’s absolutely hilarious….though not the least bit surprising.

I notice you didn’t respond to the fact the NY law has never been used this way and the statute of limitations had passed anyway. You are intellectually dishonest.

I understood Avenatti much better after watching the special about the kid who collected all those pepsi points for the harrier jet.

It's hard to know who to trust anymore. A pornstar, a lawyer for a pornstar, or Trump.

It's a very broad law. I described it as "Wacky" multiple times in this very thread.

I already covered this directly.

No.

I actually have a witness who could vouch who posts here

In fact, not long after the first OTGT I went to, a weekly OT pickup basketball game formed that I played in for years.

Fred was not invited.

However, I will tell you some old OT lore from that night that is true and makes me look bad. The primary reason I went was to hook up with a female poster that I had been talking to offline......and she ended up getting back together with her midget ex-bf instead

I really feel bad for people like him who have to pretend they're a big deal even after being disgraced and being imprisoned for 10+ years in jail.

Dude's mental.

Yall were loving this dude and trying to promote him as a potential presidential candidate when it was 24/7 OMB.

Proof? No.

Evidence and logic to make an educated analysis? Yes.

I don't need proof - It just sounds exactly like you.
