Turn the valve off under the sink, unscrew the cold water feed line to the faucet, make a test tree with an npt x 3/8” or 1/2” fip nipple a tee a gauge and a bleed valve, turn your cold water valve back on and check the pressure on the gauge. Compare that to the inlet pressure required in the owners manual.

If it’s high enough they owe you a dishwasher.

It's probably still off from when it was installed.
