Water leaks coming through and visible on ceiling tiles inside.
Caulking eroded on certain sections of the roof.

In my experience metal roofs require caulk on all penetrations. Which would be plumbing vents, gas vents, and ventilation. I'm interested because I want to put a metal roof on my camp, but don't like the idea of caulking a roof.
