the Marek complete panel is the way to go
Question: do you trust their security/privacy/etc. Are you convinced they aren't bad actors (or at the very least, aren't indifferent actors that don't care about your shite)?

I think the complete panel is a couple other markers but dose not have doctors call
Marek is one of the largest diagnostic companies and are completely legit
But if you can, ask you pcp to order these so it’s covered under insurance. Don’t have to go through marek
