I believe its more about creating chaos, and that minorities are easier to control through propaganda.
Well, maybe not anymore. Which is why they created "allies" so if youre a white person, you can pretend to stand with the anti-Western talk.

So why would the "elite" (aka, almost all white) population want this, considering
