Years ago I worked with a guy who served on a cruiser. He said that routinely did trial where they turned off satellite assisted navigation and went 72 hrs + by hand calculations. He said they would routinely be writhing a few hundred yards of actual location when they turned navigation back on.

This was in the 90. Would assume this is still done.

Same birds civilians use with a hardened, different dual-frequency signal structure and encryption scheme accessible only with appropriate military receivers.

Unless a jammer is a few kilometers nearby at very high directional power (giving its position away) nearly impervious to external RF interference, and not at all to spoofing techniques.
