How can a property owner evict squatters in Maryland? In Maryland, property owners must file a complaint in the District Court of the county where the property is located to begin the eviction process for squatters. The property owner may also need to provide notice to the squatter before filing the complaint. What is the legal process for evicting a squatter in Maryland? The legal process involves the property owner obtaining a court order which then must be enforced by a sheriff or a constable. This begins with filing for eviction and may require a court hearing.
Absolutely bonkers to me. It should be if you have the deed to the property anyone there gets dragged out by force and if they fight you can shoot them under castle doctrine.
But I get it, communists hate private property.
