Trump was barely around for the Covid spending. It may be a lagging indicator but how much lag? Biden went from saying there was no inflation to now stopping Trumps inflation.

I agree, but only one has had an opportunity to enact policy to combat it, Trump left office with a great economy that was completely disrupted by a global pandemic.

See above. His admin has spent more time pretending it wasn’t real than trying to slow it. Pain is the only way to stop inflation. I’m not sure Trump has got what it takes to put the country through pain either, but we now know that Biden doesn’t.
