there's a very high chance most of the people using it aren't getting enough protein, hence why I believe it is bad for people.
Walk me through this. Not getting enough protein while losing weight=bad. Not getting enough protein while being fat=not bad?

you want to lose fat, not muscle. You need muscle because if you lose muscle you will just become skinny fat. Just because the weight shows you being lighter doesn't mean you're healthier. You can eat a ton of protein, stay the same weight but look leaner. You need to lose fat

Its about losing lean body mass.
When they are fat, they are likely consuming adequate protein (as well as a shite ton of everything else).
When they get on Ozempic, they eat less, the shedding of lean muscle mass is an issue, so its important to focus heavily on protein intake when on these drugs.
