Can someone clarify the Lakers tiebreakers with the Kings and Warriors?

Mainly, if they have both tiebreakers, are they locked into the 8 seed with nothing to play for in the final game?

Lakers can finish 8, 9, or 10. They lose both tie breakers. The Kings have it over both the Lakers and Warriors and end the season with the Blazers. Pretty sure what happens in a three-way tie-breaker is that the Kings would end up at 8, Warriors 9, Lakers 10.

Dallas is locked into the 5th spot so likely rests a lot of players and OKC wins that. Denver has Memphis and likely win that. If we beat LA, it would be better for the Suns to beat the Wolves to avoid Denver in round 1. Crazy the impact the Spurs have had on seeding over the past two weeks.
