That’s all fine and dandy. Probably more technical.

But when rain gets so bad on I-10 the cars in front of you are not visible no matter the speed you are driving, hazards aren’t a horrible idea.

So when you first see some flashers ahead, which are close because you can't see, do you hard brake immediately or just go a little bit more because you know it's probably an idiot like you doing the same shite you are?

I'm sure it's the latter, and if said car were actually stopped you could be the lucky initiator of a giant arse pileup on the interstate. But who the hell knows what's going on? Nobody. frickin stupidity anarchy out here.
