President Trump doesn't have immunity for attempting to overturn a lawful election to help Candidate Trump stay in office.
That's not even remotely within the scope of Presidential powers. We don't have Kings in this country, despite what MAGA may want.

This issue is whether the particular actions were within his powers and duties as POTUS, not whether or not immunity exists.
