Growing up in Texas there’s 4 things that we always frick up.
White Perch= Crappie
Logger Head Turtle= Alligator Snapper
Porpoise= dolphin
Opelousas catfish= flathead
For you coonasses it’s sac-a-lait and goujon
Before y’all correct me the first 3 listed are completely different critters.

technically, if you reread my post, I described the porpoises on the flats at Rockport not flour bluff. And they do scarf up the released trout
