I’m far from a Batman fanboy. In fact I’ve always been one to say Batman has been way over done and they should have stopped with the 3rd Nolan film. With that being said I saw Joker opening day because it looked like a dark character study rather than a super hero movie. While I was watching I thought man this is slow, then the ending happened. I walked out thinking it was ok but afterwards the movie stuck with me for awhile and I came to the conclusion that it was great. Excited for part 2

+1 I'm hoping Gunn holds off on batman for a while.
