No, but you clearly are.

Again, respond to words that I have written, not to what you think I'm implying. You can't even write your own thoughts coherently however, because now when I correct one of your statements, you claim that my correction has "nothing to do with what you" were addressing. Very odd.

Then, I simply corrected and oversimplification of someone saying Assyria changed the capital of Israel from Jerusalem to Samaria by saying Jerusalem wasn't the capital of that country at the time in the first place as Jerusalem was the capital of Judah, not Israel…something a kindergarten reader of the Bible would understand.

So a kindergarten reader of the Bible would understand it, but you described it inaccurately. Give yourself a little more credit. While I don't think that you know as much about this topic as you think you do, you probably (maybe) have more than a kindergarten understanding of it. It's funny that you call squirrellmeister's statement an oversimplification though when in fact it's your description that was an oversimplification.

So I readily admit and accept that I am a dumbass. Can you explain it to me like I am five what you are saying and not what you are implying? I don't know half as much as I should about Israel/Palestine and would like to know more. I think I have been following the logic in the argument from the other side, but am struggling to understand what you are saying. Help me out please so I can be more informed.

How did I describe Jerusalem being in Judah and Samaria being in Ephraim inaccurately? Be specific.
