This is definitely false when you have an extreme pompous a-hole as a boss. He made my female coworkers balling cry and then another one of my coworkers had a panic attack when he was yelling at him. He fell back, hit his head on the ground and passed out. 911 was called, and an ambulance showed up with a stretcher. In front of 50 of his workers, he was strapped into a stretcher unconscious and taken to the ER. It's insane he wasn't fired. Now tell me, does that sound like a reasonable boss?

I got laid off by him. Was actually pretty decently happy after. Got an offer for 30% more next job and got a $10k raise within 6 months. I'm the same then as now. The dude was an a-hole whereas next employer very much values me. If you think unreasonable bosses don't exist, they do.
