I've shot pretty much all of them. Two best with a suppressor are

Ruger MkIV 22/45 Lite (I got the 43927 SKU and tricked it out with Volquartsen parts)

&

Walther PPQ 22. Feels like a midsize 9mm so really good for training.

Another vote for the Ruger MKIV 22/45 Lite. I have one with a silencerco spectre II that is awesome. I've never had any feed issues with Subs or supers.

I have one of these as well. It eats any ammo I put in it. Great ergonomics and accurate.

Couple good deals available on the PPQ currently. Battlehawk has the 4” for $229 if you choose the Email for Price option.

12-rd capacity is nice, and being I have a PPQ in 9mm, it makes for a great training pistol. The 4” fits in my 4” 9mm holster.
