Bc they didn’t have a transfer portal when dawn started. And when dawn took over usc, it wasn’t a known program. So she had more work to do.

Kim used the transfer portal. So it was much easier to get talent to come. Back then u had to sit out a year if u transferred. So u didn’t see many good players transferring.
