re: What is the quickest you’ve seen a couple marry?

My wife had an aunt who married a Marine two weeks after they met. It lasted until he passed away, probably 30 years later. I never met him, but they said he was a real arsehole. She was nice and never remarried. He had been Jonathon Winters' sergeant (and apparently did not care for JW).
