Imagine all the problems you have with a home. Imagine all the problems you have with a vehicle. Now, combine them.

What kind of problems did you experience? I've seen people all over YouTube complaining about RV issues, but those were mostly on larger units with slides. The one that I'm looking at is tiny, no slides, with as few systems as possible. Even the toilet is a cassette type that I can wheel into a rest stop bathroom and dump into a shitter. Yes, kind of a PITA, but it eliminates the need for maintaining/winterizing a black tank. I won't necessarily be "wealthy" in retirement, but if I have to drop a few thousand a year on RV repairs/maintenance, it won't break me.

The main problem I always hear regarding RVs, similar to boats and many things, is people let them sit up unused for a long time and shite goes wrong. Time gets by you quick.

I wonder if people that do the RV version of VRBO (forget the name) report more or less problems over time.

I was thinking of an actual RV. You're talking about a camper, I guess.

Yeah, entirely different deals. My bad.
