How would you keep that all consistently watered to germinate and establish it? You have access to seed, but if you have to buy it, what I’ve seen seems expensive. But I do see that of the Bahia varieties, it makes the best appearance for a lawn.

I can water about half of it. The other half im praying for rain and the free seed that I have. I’ll update hopefully in a month. I laid down about an acre of seed today… also got some nice rain.
