Apparently, it has been around since 2009 and is always on March 31st.

Easter is a movable feast holiday that occurs on the first Sunday after the first full moon on or after March 21, which is roughly the March equinox.

So, it just happened to coincide with Easter this year.

Yes but Biden’s announcement came on the heels on him banning kids of the National Guardsmen from entering eggs with religious themes in the White House Easter egg decorating contest.

The founder of this day will probably have a 24hr erection with this day being on Easter this year.
