what a cop out. Cute the specific portion of the ruling you think proves he committed fraud with his valuations to the department of taxation.

I don't think it is part of that opinion, as that wasn't the question I was responding to.
I read it over a month ago. I'm not reading it again for you. If you care that much, knock yourself out.
The simple point is, whether the factual findings were correct or not, Trump has been found liable for actions not even remotely the same as Stewart selling his home for a high price.
