He is not telling the truth. My son was a combat engineer from 2016 to 2020. Women in the infantry were a problem. Women could not cut it in combat engineering, but standards were being lowered to try to get them in. Awful. Absolutely awful policy.

Women were allowed to be Marine helicopter aircrew in combat. When moving heavy cargo around the cabin and on and off the aircraft they were absolutely useless. Anything that required more than average strength they could not perform on their own.
