Because it’s not in good faith, they’re simply counter signaling the presumptive Republican nominee out of spite. Satirizing that DeSantis is being “kicked out” of the GOP for “effectiveness” instead of the fact that he simply lost the primary fair and square. Nobody’s trying to go after his performance as governor now that the primary is over.

It's just so whiny, it takes like three levels of drawn inference to get to the BB post as a possible slight to Trump, and they jump to it immediately
