Whens the last time you saw a mens game like that before this one

The previous game CSU played vs. Virginia. While not quite as bad as the Texas game, Virginia had 14 points at the half and shot 25% overall. The teams went a combined 8-31 from three is a SLOW paced half-court slog.

There are a LOT of bad WBB games. Hell, watching Angel Reese is often painful 1/2 her points and rebounds seem to come off of her horrible misses around the rim. But there are a lot of bad men's games too. Yes, they aren't quite in danger of the bottom of the backboard being the leading shot blocker for the game. But watching guys who can make an open jumpshot clang shot after shot off the rim, thus requiring to resort to trying to get fouled on every possession and make the second half a FT shooting contest isn't that fun to watch either.

I'll watch a few LSU games a year. I have daughters and I find that actually teaching the game of basketball is easier when you watch womens. It's not as fast, and they can follow the movement of the players without the ball better. So we'll watch 5 min hear and there.
