Have you ever driven the I-20 between the La/TX line and Dallas. The side of the road litter is worse than anything I've seen in LA. There are some on ramps in Dallas that have huge appliances and crap piled up along the sides.

i have before a while back. I-10 going through MS is pretty damn bad too
