there's no question the Dim Party and the D.C. Uniparty are the parties of the 1% and the credentialed class.
There are ~ 2000 Americans worth $500Million or more.
That is the "0.0005%"
Are those the folks you're addressing?

The "1%" is, by an exceedingly large percentage, first gen US wealth. Folks who earn their own way (aka, first gen wealth) are, in my experience, HIGHLY antipathic to socialism.

So your posit is dubious.

A google search shows the latest measure of being a 1%er in the US is approximately a net worth of $5.5 million.

The OP was citing a poll as reported on War Room that said Americans who are considered the 1% (net worth of at least $5.5 million) have a 70% approval of Congress, the MSM and college professors.

Google also shows there are 1.3 million households that would qualify as 1%'ers. The conclusion is obvious, if 70% of the 1% approve of the MSM, Congress and college professors they are as an income/net worth demographic, supporters of the D.C. Uniparty and the current corrupt system.

Below is the Google search results for the number of 1% households.

Who Are the One Percent in the United States by Income and Net Worth?
Net worth is the accurate measure of how much 'extra 'a household has accumulated. ...
Depending on your preference, there are roughly 1,313,064 households in the top one percent.
