Squatters rights are nonexistent if you own a firearm
If it is your property, advise them you are back to live there and they are trespassers and you will go to your master bedroom and come out in 15 minutes and if they are not off the property they will be shot as you are fearful for your life.
Call 911 and advised that a bunch of people have just broken into your home and you think they are trying to kill you
