This is making little sense except that any opening that large should be covered with a grate. When you look at recent reviews on TripAdvisor this looks like a run down and poorly run hotel on its way to being an extended stay hotel.

Property looks like it was recently a Crowne Plaza within a year. Probably another brand before that.

As to the ignorant talking about the Hilton family being sued, Hilton will be on the lawsuit and write a small, to them, check to get the nuisance to go away. They are neither the owner nor the operator of the hotel. And there are specifically worded agreements as to what the operator and owner are responsible for providing.

After Crowne Plaza, it was called The Grand Tuscany Hotel for a few years. They use to host pool parties for a certain clientele that isn't known for swimming. Very gaudy, went and voted there last fall and it was awful.

Very sad set of events.
