No they didn't.
Also, why have you refused to answer these simple questions?

What is "Communist" about desiring to limit government for more people?
You think Communism relies on a limited government?

They did:

Judge Newsom relies entirely on a “text and history” approach. The “text” part of this analysis looks at the Second Amendment itself, and in this case, just one word: “people.” The opinion then delves into the question of whether noncitizens or foreigners fell within the Founding era’s public meaning of “the people,”.
Quoting a wide array of Founding-era documents and contemporary scholarship, the opinion concludes that “the people” included many noncitizens in most sections of the Constitution, but not when it is used in the Second Amendment, because the Amendment “codified” pre-existing common law rights, which excluded most noncitizens.

This is where we are as a country. We have people like you, who will fight harder to preserve the 2A rights of criminal illegals than you ever have or would for American citizens, and others who agree with you. If people like you were alive in the early 1800's, you would have been working to make sure that nobody infringed on the right of the British invaders to possess firearms, so they had a fair opportunity to destroy this country.
People want to talk about our Founding Fathers and what they thought. Imagine any of them fretting for one second over whether anyone was denying the invading Brits their Constitutional rights.
