This is a scary story. I've been waiting to hear on updates about the current condition of the victim, so it's good to know he is out of the hospital. All the talk about old men and how they behave in gym locker rooms makes me wonder what the hell he was doing that set this other dude off. Perhaps the assailant is just a maniac, but it's great for everyone involved that Edwards showed up when he did otherwise this old fella would definitely be dead.

You for real? I’m sure he asked for a blowie. No way some dude named Malik Ali Smith could possibly do anything wrong without being provoked

Unless the old man was assaulting him, nothing justifies this reaction

He was old and defenseless. My parents raised me to be patient with and to respect the elderly.

My parents took in a homeless vet in a wheelchair. They got him his VA benefits and helped him find a permanent home.

My mom did not accept an award from the President or show up for a banquet for other honorees.

It has to do with how you are raised. Stop blaming the victims of violent crime.
