You can’t be coming in here with vague statements like that and have no explanation 
Idk what minor adjustment you can make unless finding an elite pitcher in the portal is possible.
I’m starting to speculate what Beth Torina actually does well if it isn’t developing pictures or being a hitting coach. Who cares about these top classes when no one is developed?
To add everything is worse given how she held LSU over the fire for a fat raise when auburn gave her a phone call after wall we’ve done for her. Should have let her dumbass walk.

BT is the HC/ Pitching Coach, Dobson and now Neal coach hitting per BT’s interviews. Chaffin and Lynch have done what most expected Berzon has underperformed is that on Beth or Berzon? Idk but when the other pitchers are performing as expected maybe it’s not the coach..sometimes it’s players not coaches. Did Beth change the way she coaches? Hoover and Walljasper were elite and both multiple AA, the teams made it to the WS so what has changed? I have asked that several times with no one able to answer
